The $5 pilot offer covers one English recording, up to 30 minutes and 50 MiB, with automatically generated TXT, SRT, and VTT files. Accuracy varies with audio quality; review the output before relying on it. Human proofreading, translations, and video editing are not included. There is no guaranteed turnaround; file checks and processing depend on the seller’s Mac being awake, connected, and available. Payment confirmation is manual.
Pay only after this page shows payment instructions, and before your order expires. Unpaid orders expire 24 hours after the file check. If you have paid, report it before expiry and do not cancel. If processing fails, your payment arrives late, or an order cannot be fulfilled, request a manual refund through order support. The seller must issue and record the refund in Venmo or Cash App; this website does not move money. Review provider purchase protections and fees before paying.
Privacy & retention
Your recording is stored privately on this hosted service (OpenAI Sites / Cloudflare storage) and downloaded to the seller’s Mac for checking and processing. Original recordings are deleted after completion, rejection, or expiry; cleanup runs when the service is used and when the Mac connects. Completed downloads remain available for 72 hours. Basic order metadata is retained for 30 days; unresolved payment issues and receipt/audit records are kept for reconciliation, with paid records kept for at least 365 days. Hosting backups and platform logs may have separate retention.
No customer email or account is required. Your private link is the access key to your order. We store the filename, size, order status, your support messages, paying account identifier, and receipt records. A daily salted hash of your network address is used for abuse limits and is erased after two days. Terminal order metadata is deleted after 30 days; minimal paid receipt and audit records remain for at least 365 days. No advertising trackers or paid AI APIs are used. Do not upload sensitive medical, financial, identity, or payment-card information. This pilot is for adults with rights to the recording. For a deletion question, use your order’s support form. Financial records needed for reconciliation may be retained.
